Our First Friday at Wellness & Rehab

Well I finally put my money where my mouth is by providing our first Friday lunch at the office.  Even our resident Italian patient said that the my Italian style cooking was good (see video).  Thank you to those who participated, bring your friends and family next month...we had plenty of food.

Leftovers can make great Frittatas

Frittatas are a simple and delicious low calorie breakfast or lunch.  I often use leftovers vegetables and egg whites from a container to make my Frittatas.  It is a simple process to make and they can be kept in the frig for a couple of days to be eaten another day.  You can use your imagination to make many different types of Frittatas.  I had some left over asparagus and panacea (just a tablespoon or so) to make this delicious snack.

Cooking can be fun, simple and healthy!

If you have even been in my clinic you would know that I love to talk about food.  I am as passionate about cooking as I am about treating patients.  I enjoy comparing receipes and passing along some of the things I have created in my kitchen for my family.  As you will see, I try to keep my dishes as healthy as possible.  Here are a few to share. Enjoy!
