Cooking can be fun, simple and healthy!

If you have even been in my clinic you would know that I love to talk about food.  I am as passionate about cooking as I am about treating patients.  I enjoy comparing receipes and passing along some of the things I have created in my kitchen for my family.  As you will see, I try to keep my dishes as healthy as possible.  Here are a few to share.  This is a simple Watermelon Feta Salad with Tomatoes, Cucumber and Kalamata Olives.  Fresh mint gives great flavor to any dish.  I finished it off with some fresh cracked pepper, olive oil, lemon juice and a champagne vinegar.  The sweetness of the fruit and the salt in the cheese makes for a delicious and healthy combination.
